Philosophy
We feel duty bound to impress our clients.
By that we mean that we can offer our clients an all‐inclusive, highly qualified, balanced and integrated service through the provision of advice and support. On the other hand we have made it our goal to advise our clients economically, efficiently and competitively.
We feel ourselves duty bound to provide our clients with the following qualities when dealing with and advising them:
- proactive, dynamic action
- clear sighted, preventative thinking and action
- efficient and business‐like thinking
- skilful and unerring action
- energetic and confident manner
- to avoid conflict, but always to keep an eye on the aims and interests of the client
Our aim is to provide our clients with the greatest possible range of services:
- A newsletter which appears every two months and focuses on industrial law, corporate law and real estate law;
- Regular in‐house lectures for clients and others on legal topics;
- Social dedication of the staff to the community;
- Regular appearances in public, particularly through lectures, publications and contributions to specialist publications and the press;
- Sponsoring of sporting and cultural events
- Transparent conduct of legal action and proceedings at all times.
We give personal interviews with our clients the highest priority, and always try to arrange an appointment with them even at short notice. We use modern methods of communication to organise contacts and to arrange any meetings required efficiently, which simplifies and speeds up the exchange of information.
