Tobias Stöhr is a solicitor who studied law at the Dresden University of Technology, where he passed both the first and the second state exams with above average marks.

During his period as an articled clerk Herr Stöhr led study groups at the Dresden University of Technology, and was moreover an examiner. In addition he is listed as a lecturer for local educational institutions in Saxony. In addition to his work as a solicitor Herr Stöhr is earning his doctorate in business law.

His areas of expertise include intellectual property law and IT law. Furthermore he has a comprehensive knowledge of general contract and business law. He has published regularly on intellectual property law and IT law and corroborates his knowledge through courses of lectures.
